THE BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

Community Membership is open to anyone initiated into Reiki.
o
The Reiki Association offers people who have Reiki the opportunity to be in community together and membership is open to anyone initiated into Reiki, even though the core of belief of this Association is the Usui System (Usui Shiki Ryoho) as defined by the Office of Grand Master. This is an ideal way to be connected to the wider Reiki family, whether or not you intend to be a public practitioner. Membership does not offer accreditation.

Benefits of membership are:

TOUCH magazine- published quarterly. This colour magazine offers the opportunity to share news and views about Reiki, personal journeys and experiences with reiki, and information about events.It also includes information about grassroots organisers and sharing groups which may be close to you. ~ ~ Being part of the wider community of Reiki ~ An Annual Reiki Gathering- giving members the opportunity to meet and share Reiki. Information about other gatherings is also shared. Advantageous rates for members. ~ Support- is offered to members via the telephone, e-mail and the internet. This includes the Reiki Care Service available only to members in times of greet need. ~ A Directory of Reiki Masters - which is continually updated, and is available to the public who enquire about learning Reiki. There is a fee for inclusion in this directory. ~ Discount insurance is available to members. ~ Code of Ethics which members are expected to abide by. ~ A vote at the AGM.

MEMBERSHIP FEES have just been amended and details will be shown on latest THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM, INCLUDING DETAILS OF HOW TO PAY BY INSTALMENTS, OR BY USING A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
The membership year runs for 12 months from the month of joining.
Conditions of membership are:
1. To be initiated into Reiki
2. To subscribe to the Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. To have read and accept the Statement of Identity
4. To have read and agree to abide by the Code of Ethics
5. At this time The Reiki Association only accepts applications from those who have received teaching and initiation with their master physically present.

Copies of the Memorandum and Articles and the full Code of Ethics are also available from the TRA office.
