Susan writes: "Whether we're Reiki students or masters, we're often longing for time to explore our practice more fully. If you're like me, the chance to spend two and a half days reflecting on a single Reiki principle is a precious opportunity. These five principles are at the heart of our practice. The more effort we make to understand them, the more likely we are to live them in daily life. It's even possible that through our efforts we can realise 'the secret method that summons happiness*' which Mikao Usui gifted us.
Imagine having a truly happy mind, undisturbed by external events or internal turmoil! That's a goal really worthy of time and effort.
This year at Buckland Hall, we'll consider what it is to 'Earn your living honestly'. We'll explore this fourth principle in meditation and small and large group discussions and take it into our group treatments, giving ourselves space to consider its breadth and and meaning in our personal and community life. Along the way we might even encounter a few of the obstacles that keep us from realising it.
Come and join us for this year's Student Seminar and Master's Retreat. It's sure to be fun, challenging, and worthwhile!
-- We're looking forward to being with you."
